Lisa did such a detailed job with my pedicure. She shaped my nails beautifully and removed calluses gently without any discomfort. The foot massage at the end was honestly the best part. So relaxing. The whole service felt calm and unhurried. The salon has a warm and lively vibe that made the experience even better. I'll definitely ask for Lisa again next time.
Every nail tech here is great! Truly the only place I’ll go in Hoboken for a manicure or UV gel extensions. Pricing is reasonable and nails are always professionally done
I visited this place after checking its online ratings. I admit I was 10 minutes late. While the technician did a decent job, I noticed that the finishing could have been better, as you can see in the pictures. Additionally, there is an imprint on one of my nails. I had a spa pedicure with Lisa and was really happy with the experience. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, and the steamer was warm and comfortable. Lisa was detail-oriented and took her time, which I appreciated. It was a relaxing visit and I’d gladly come back here again.
One of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve had. This salon has seriously gone downhill. Quality and customer service have completely dropped. Terrible experience. Not only did the service feel rushed and impersonal, but when I tipped less in cash than they apparently expected, the nail technician actually scolded me. She made a rude comment in front of her other coworkers in her language making the whole situation super uncomfortable and embarrassing.
