A few days ago, I had an appointment with Donna for a gel manicure and arrived on time, but I ended up waiting for 25 minutes. Overall it’s fine. I have been twice now since the reviews are pretty good, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. My first time I got a dip powder manicure, which came out super thick and chunky-looking. I went back to get a gel manicure since I realized it’s $20 cheaper, and they charged me $15 to remove my dip powder that I got at the same place two weeks prior. I’ve been going to NailedIt for years, and love the service and the very talented nail technicians. However, my last couple of visits have had inconsistent pricing with the service not matching the very high costs for a nail set. I paid $175 (including tip) for a full UV gel set with a minimal French tip design which they labeled as a tier 2 design. After nearly a week of walking around NYC and the lovely Hoboken, I was looking for some R&R. Nailed It delivered - I got the Gold Spa pedicure and enjoyed every moment of it. As someone who was only visiting, would recommend to others!
First time coming to this nail salon, was recommended by a friend who got a gel manicure here. My birthday is coming up and booked a Gel Manicure / Gel Pedicure. John did my gel manicure. He was very gentle and precise, also asking questions to make sure my nails were to my liking. However will not be getting a pedicure here again.
