I called for a last-minute pre-birthday party nail polish service for my niece this past Saturday. Not only did they take her as a walk-in, the tech was incredibly kind and patient. As if that weren’t enough, she added glitter to a few of her nails and comped the service. Thank you🦄
I was looking forward to it when I saw them advertising online, but I was really disappointed, they took too expensive and the quality was not commensurate. Don't come here if you don't want to waste money on bad nails
Crystal and Kenzie are two of the best! Professional, kind and caring about you and your well-being! I wouldn't go anywhere else. The shop is always clean and they always greet you with a smile and make you feel like you're family!
Great service
Ella did a great job on my toes - French tips are hard to get right and she did beautifully. The ambience of the shop was relaxing and the team seemed friendly. My only complaint is that the price is extremely high for what you get - just moved to Cleveland from DC and this was comparatively more $$ for fewer of the extra little services/touches that make it special. Would recommended offering customers water or other complimentary beverages for a lux experience 🫶
