Starting with the initial assessment with Luke Colantone, he stayed in good contact with us and was at our home when the insurance adjuster did their assessment. Once approved for the roof replacement, communication with Dusten Miller was quick, easy and we were scheduled within a week. I couldn't say more and be happier about my experience with Nailed Down Roofing. Luke and Dusten were very responsive, efficient and incredibly professional. When I contacted Luke he was out to the house for an investigation within a day and he was incredibly thorough and detailed.
