Very poor experience. Lack of basic customer service and my nail tech was rude when I was asking specific things to be done to my nails. It's like i I convinced her and came in ruining her day (I was a call in walk-in) 5 days later- all builder gel us coming off my nails underneath. She didnt even care to paint or put gel on the side of my nail. When customers called or walked in, they were greeted with sighs and omg I have to work again kind of mentality. I paid over $90 for a gel fill, 1 nail fix and file to short.
