I’m sure this is a nice place, if I was ever able to get services here. Yesterday morning I scheduled an appointment online to ensure I would be assisted. According to the booking, you will be contacted to confirm the appointment. An hour prior to my scheduled appointment time, I never heard anything so I just canceled the appointment. Made an appointment several days in advanced by booking online and then there was never a follow up until I get to the location 15 minutes before said appointment, call, and they tell me my appointment was never confirmed. How many days does it take for your end to confirm an appointment?Thankfully it’s not far from home but I highly doubt I will try again.

I’m new to the area and have been searching for a place to get my nails done. Megen did an amazing job on my gel manicure, very thorough. I love that the salon is also a nail school as the techs were/are students and are being taught the importance of cleanliness practices and it shows. No cutting corners. The price was also very fair. I booked my return appointment before I left :).
