DOES NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS I made an 11:15am online appointment, which was confirmed. When I arrived the next day, I was told to pick a color and sit in chair #4, which I did. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked the managing attendant if I should come back. He said it would be “only one minute.” Another 10+ minutes passed with no service. Completely unprofessional and interrupted a conversation between me and other costumers that we were having about their pricing to tell the other customer that she’s not allowed to speak for us because she’s not paying for our nails, so I told that guy to leave her alone completely unprofessional will not be going back
Came in for a fill of the most basic French tip you can get and the price difference from getting an entirely new set and a fill is $5. THEN the charged $10 to just “sharpen” up my already BARELY shaped nail and charged for “coffin/almond”.
