We had a great experience at Nail Drop Nail Salon! They stayed open late to take care of us, which we really appreciated. My daughter got a mani-pedi and loved it, and I got a pedicure myself. I didn’t realize how tired my feet were until I sat down—but they feel amazing now. Super friendly staff and great service all around. Highly recommend!
This is more for informative purposes regarding a nail tech that currently works for you. I have been to Nail Drop once before in the past and the paint chipped very soon after and had not returned to your salon. I recently went to B & B Nails in Burk - where one if your nail techs was a substitute employees while the owners were away on vacation out of the country. I wish I had her name! Went in for a simple polka dot and stripe design on acrylic nails, and the guy not only took over 2 hours on my bare nails, his technique was horrible, took so long and then had the audacity to charge me $130 for something that would have been 85$-95$ MAX anywhere else. Do not recommend at all.
I went in to get a pedicure and a full set of nails. the lady who did my toes did amazing. They did my nails at the same time that they did my pedicure which i didn’t mind. However, the guy who did my nails did not do a good job. he seemed as if he was rushing through the entire process. One of my nails ended up being shorter than the rest of them. the lady put to much wax on my eyebrows then ripped them off and continued to say I shaved them off
