Hours begin at 10am. I showed up at noon to get a pedicure. Handwritten sign on the door saying that they open at 1pm today. I showed up at 1:10pm and had to wait 2 hours to get a pedicure. Service was good but I was not told how long the wait would be…even when I asked. They took me back to the pedicure chair and I waited there for 1.5 hours.
Walked in on a Saturday, they got us right in. My husband got a pedicure and I got a gel manicure. Probably one of the best manicure's of my life it was so relaxing. She took her time did a great job and made sure I was completely happy. From wait to done I think it was like 45 minutes which is pretty quick for a walk in from start to finish. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
Paid $93.00 before tip for a pedicure and manicure. Only gel coat nail polish on natural nails. No cutting of my nails, only the slightest bit of shaping/ filing. I think that's a little outrageous. No designs, one color. Is that normal?!?!!
Kim provided courteous and professional service. I'm definitely going back.
