Of all the Google reviews I have done, this is only my second negative one, but the customer service, or lack there of I should say, was so ridiculous it is absolutely warranted. Therefore, if customer service means anything to you do not get Kirbie. I do not care if you kid is calling you in the middle of my pedicure, do not answer the phone with your face and proceed to have just a regular conversation as you attempt to work!!! I had an amazing experience with Chyanne when I walked in on a busy Saturday. She was incredibly polite and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I came in for a pedicure after a hectic day, and it was exactly what I needed. Chyanne ensured I was relaxed throughout the entire process and did a beautiful gel set on my toes. Karla is beyond amazing! She made my whole day start off perfectly! Karla gave me EVERYTHING I wanted and then some. This entire salon is great.
