great atmosphere, great service, made our mother's day awesome 🫶
I dropped in yesterday for a quick manicure while my car was charging and l left thoroughly impressed. Sam did my nails and it was easily the best, cleanest, most professional dip manicure I’ve had in my 5 years in Folsom! I will absolutely be back and cannot wait to finally feel “at home” at a salon since moving from Roseville to Folsom. Highly recommend this salon! It was clean, quiet and well maintained. Bad experience. Poor communication. I was a walk-in hr before closing for a pedicure. Instead of letting me know that the service could not be completed before closing or to offer be a different service. These grown adult women in a service job decided to talk about in a different language. So unprofessional never again. They also didn't inform be the type of polish I picked was an upcharge and didn't do anything to rectify the situation.
