I recommend Niyousha! She is a true artist, she is a painter and the precision of every single stroke is impeccable. I’m very OCD about clean, even and symmetrical finishes, and she gets it right every time. I feel so good after nail appointments with her. I also like how sanitary they are, the instruments are sterilized and chairs are wiped down after every client.
I walked in on 9/19 at 5:45pm, there were 2 nail techs on the phone, and one working on someone at the pedicure bowl. No receptionist and no one even had the decency to greet me. I wanted a simple Russian gel manicure and apparently they were "fully booked"..... there was literally NO ONE IN THE SHOP!!! How can you be fully booked? It's disappointing b/c this shop was highly recommended, however the vibe is off and needless to say I will NEVER go to this place or recommend anyone to this place. Madison and Leslie were really great company and my nails are flawless, exactly what I wanted! Nice cute quiet place
They really drag you to their shop and then say they don't have time. This is unethical.
Technician was late to my appointment. She used an electric sander to rough up my nails for a regular manicure. This damaged my nails and made the polish bumpy. There was no “rose petals soak, cuticle cleaning or lotion” as described in the service menu. She filed my nails and painted them. They couldn’t find the color I had chosen and asked me to choose again! It turned out to be a very expensive polish not a manicure at all! I do not recommend!
