I met Yuri and his company through my hone warranty company. He has assisted us twice on two separate incidents. Yuri is a very kind man and went the extra mile on both jobs to resolve the issues. He arrived when he said he would and even completed a job later in the evening to get us back up and running. Thanks for the help

I was assigned this company by my warranty company. When he came out to assess the situation, I had high hopes that he knew what he was doing abd would do a good job. I was wrong. He rushed the job, broke off the tab where the screws are and left my toilet unstable. He tried to say it was my floor. The toilet he replaced was stable and flushed to the floor! If it was slightly uneven, then he should have shimmed it to make it stable! Otherwise the seal underneath could break over time and leak. Now I have file an appeal to ge... read more

Was assigned this Handyman by my Home Warranty service. They were supposed to reach out to me within 48 hours and did not. I called the number provided to speak to Nail'd It Handyman myself, left a voicemail asking them to call me back regarding an appointment - and I still haven't heard from them. I've now asked for a new contractor to be assigned to my case due to lack of communication and failure to reach out to assigned clients to create an appointment.
