9/29 : it’s been 5 days and the skin around my nails is now peeling off! Which has never ever happened before so I would avoid this place like the plague— which might be what they gave me. I’d never had the little drill used on my cuticles before but the artist “Mariella” insisted it was better than normal cut, and I’m just so upset cause a quick google search reveals that doing so can lead to infection and damage the nail bed. Once good but won’t be returning. Just kind of a messy job with paint left around my nails and there are better local options.
This was my first visit and I’m in love with my nails! It’s rare to find a salon that truly understands the shape and design you want, but Mariela nailed it. I got a fresh Gel X set and, being as picky as I am, I couldn’t be happier with how amazing they turned out.
