I had a gelx appt with Mariana but was asked to push it within an hour of the start time, and even then I wasn't in the chair until much later. She didn't properly push or trim my cuticles before starting and then flooded my cuticles with polish on every single nail. I had to ask her to un-adhere the nail tips from my side walls because she didn't even notice.
First time I've been here. I must say the spot is super clean and great music. Mariela is so nice and she really makes sure to do a great job. I finally found a nail technician that does a great job and it did not feel like a rush job. I did gel x tips, gel pedi, and 2 designs.
