I just walked out of this place I will NEVER refer ANYONE here.I drove from Orange Park to try this place ,what a waste.I will go tomorrow someplace and have redone .Worst service and job done ever.She ate,worried about her phone messages,did not even cover all my nails with polish had to tell her sides were not covered.did not clean up under nails.They are terrible.I just gave them money for a mess because that's what my nails look like, A mess.

We called ahead of time to give them notice that we are coming from out of town. We called a total of three times before arriving just to be rudely dismissed and told they had already sent their technicians home. Had we known that they were closing earlier than the time posted online or even informed by the man we were talking to then we wouldn't have even wasted our time and gas coming there period. Bad customer service very dismissive and miscommunication. Will not be returning and I will detour others from coming.

Got an eyebrow wax today by Monica. She did a terrible job. i went back the same day( literally less than an hour later) to let them know i wasn’t satisfied with the service, she attempted to “fix” her work but took off more than half of my left brow and left the right one full. As i left they had the nerve to ask “Are you okay?”, but didn’t provide a refund. Will not be returning.
