Got an eyebrow wax today by Monica. She did a terrible job. i went back the same day( literally less than an hour later) to let them know i wasn’t satisfied with the service, she attempted to “fix” her work but took off more than half of my left brow and left the right one full. As i left they had the nerve to ask “Are you okay?”, but didn’t provide a refund. Will not be returning.

I went in for a soak off and immediately was upset. The lady doing my nails drillled very far into my real nails causing severe damage to my nails. She was also distracted by another worker both discussing other customers. I also walked in to an uncleanly like smell that I immediately wanted to leave after smelling it. Overall the service was horrible and I will not be back after the damage to my nails and how uncleanly it was in the salon.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!! This past weekend, I visited this nail salon, and unfortunately, the experience was awful. The technician cut my cuticles so badly that they bled, which has happened before at other salons, but never to this extent. (Pictures included.) On top of that, the nails were nothing like what I asked for. The day after my appointment, I noticed inflammation around my cuticles, and my hands felt like I had arthritis, which might be due to the acrylics not being applied properly. best nails by Mirry! seriously good quality of both pedicure and acrylic tips that you can’t find here in Palm Coast. My nails last forever but best of all they look super good. Thank you !
