Walked in, two employees in sight, two customers being helped and one of the employees, rudely stated that they "were busy" come back! Nope! I crossed the street and got a pedicure at another nail shop that was more professional. I definitely NEVER spend my $ where i'm not repected. They need to do better.
Don’t do it! My mom got her nails done and they lasted a day. Literally. I got my nails removed because I had a chrome set. A few months later my nails are still brittle and not strong as they used to be.
I went there last Sunday with my cousin and the girl doing her nails messed up her thumbnail. My cousin politely asked if she could fix it, but she got really defensive and started arguing that it looked straight and that my cousin was wrong. Even another staff agreed with us and offered to fix it for her. Maybe customer service and straight lines just aren’t her thing !
It was great! We got 4 pedicures which felt amazing and was done super well. It’s already our second time back and we’ll def be back again
