I went there last Sunday with my cousin and the girl doing her nails messed up her thumbnail. My cousin politely asked if she could fix it, but she got really defensive and started arguing that it looked straight and that my cousin was wrong. Even another staff agreed with us and offered to fix it for her. Maybe customer service and straight lines just aren’t her thing !
It was great! We got 4 pedicures which felt amazing and was done super well. It’s already our second time back and we’ll def be back again
We love coming here! The nicest family, hardest workers. Really the sweetest, most polite, and accommodating. They always do a fantastic job!
Horrible do not go here! I went for a GelX set and pedicure and neither one was good. The pedicure was poorly done by some random man that came out the back. All tools and bottles were gross and clearly used on multiple people yet had dust coating them. I could feel my skin crawl and i’m worried I’m gonna get trench foot. They also did not even do any work to for the dead skin removal and half of my toe nails aren’t fully painted. I decided to try this nail bar today. I went at 4:00 PM. I walked into a empty salon. There were three workers sitting around talking. I told them I was interested in getting a pedicure. I explained to them that my knee will not bent fully so I asked if they could accommodate me without moving the chair forward. The rude nail tech claimed that she couldn’t put polish on my nails because it would be to hard for her. I told her okay then I will take my business elsewhere.
