32 dlls for just gel color and 22 minutes in total of their time. Between me getting out of my car asking for availability, picking color, getting the service, paying and getting back in my car it was 22 minutes and was charged 32 dlls for very low quality work.
I had my nails done by Anna at this salon 4 weeks ago. When my daughter wanted to get a set she called on Monday for 2 appts on Friday with Anna. We arrived on time and were told “pick your color”. Right behind us comes another person who says I have an appt with Anna at the same time as ours. She gets called back and we are told, “cannot find your phone number” although my daughter called and called again to confirm. Look what Ana can do! I used to not want my nails done because they always looked thick and heavy and just unnatural. I thought it was a problem with my hands or nails because any technician I saw just never made my nails look as nice as on other people. I finally thought I’ll go ahead and try again. Lona is the GREATEST!! I’ve been her client for 4 years.
I went in for a new set, I am on my third fill. The nail tech insisted that I just get another fill. Unfortunately the service seemed rushed, my nails are uneven lengths, shapes (some more round some more almond) and the application is bumpy. I asked for charms and was told they didn’t have any, so I went to a salon down the street just for charms because I really wanted some. Everyone is very nice but unfortunately the quality just wasn’t there.
