I went to nails x press to get a manicure and pedicure. I had dipped powder on that had to be removed. I understand getting charged $10 for that . They had a guy doing my manicure that I believe was in training because he did not know what he was doing and my nails was ugly I asked him to take them off and I told by a employee that I had to pay a extra 15 to get them removed. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful — clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear that great care has gone into creating an inviting atmosphere. While the overall service wasn’t horrible, there was a noticeable absence of genuine customer service. Inquiries made by guests should be welcomed as a sign of engagement, not treated as inconveniences.
