Unfortunately this is a sad post for me to make.. I have always liked this place but I came in today and received the worst service I have ever gotten. The lady that did my nails was coughing the whole time, barely shaped my nails / made sure they all looked the same in length and shape, rushed through the whole process I had to point out a handful of mistakes so I didn’t walk out even worse than i did.. I’m so sad I’ll never be back here again. That’s another $97 gone to waste all because I wanted my nails done …
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I got my nails done yesterday and paid $50, but one broke the very next day! When I went back to talk to the technician, she wouldn’t listen to me and instead raised her voice at me. She told me I’d have to pay $65 to fix it, even though it was clearly their mistake. Sadly, I don’t recommend this place due to poor service and lack of respect for customers.
