I no-showed one appointment that i had scheduled, due to being in the NICU with my two month early premature baby, and post-emergency c-section, and was reprimanded via messenger about how I could have let them know I wouldn’t be making my appointment and how rude it was of me to not think to reach out to them to let them know beforehand…… as if a pedicure I had scheduled was priority on my brain at all while having a 2.5 week old premature baby in the NICU… after explaining my situation and apologizing for no-showing the ap... read more
