I just wasted at least 40 minutes at Nail Vogue in Vestavia! They only had 2 people working there and there were at least 3 women getting pedicures. They were talking and laughing like they had all day, like the social hour. The man finally asked me if I wanted a pedicure and I told him, "No, I want a manicure." So he told me to sit in chair at the manicure station. He took a woman who came in AFTER me and put her in the pedicure spot and started doing her nails. I got up and left without a manicure at all!
