I hate giving negative reviews. The ladies that worked here were pleasant. The nail tech that did my nails was very kind. However, I struggle with accepting the work she did. It’s terrible. My nails are uneven, they look bulky, they’re just not done well. The lady doing my nails messed up a couple times and I am not trying to shame her because she was such a nice lady but for $40, I expected a better job.
The service was excellent and very professional. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean. I will highly recommend it. Chloe is an excellent worker.!
I brought in a different type design and they completely nailed it! Pun intended.
