CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! Why bother scheduling an appointment when you get walk in service? Everyone runs behind but it shouldn't be EVERYTIME...SMH! You are not acknowledged by your tech, you're just left to sit there until they're ready. Alina, who is a wonderful tech, has lost a consistent customer who is a great tipper!
