Unlike the previous reviews I must disagree. I mean, the atmosphere is very relaxed and chill for me. I mean, I go in there every two weeks to get my nails done and I have no complaints. They talk in their language, but why can't they? I mean, they are human too. Everyone talks, so since most people can't understand them they just talk to each other. No harm done. I came in a week ago to get a gel manicure. While I was there, the nail tech was took two phone calls, sipped on her big gulp, other workers ate food in front of me and talked in another language. Not surprising, I came here for quick and cheap so couldn't judge, if I wanted high quality service I would have gone to About Faces. However, the next day, I noticed that she hadn't gone that close to my cuticles with the polish (which will make the gel grow out faster) and that there were bubbles on a few of my nails. The staff here are very unprofessional.....the sit around and talk to each other non-stop while servicing you. The place is unsanitary also. I was a long time customer but the service just continued to go downhill and they constantly try to upsell other services to you and get annoyed and speak in Vietnamese when you don't agree to get buy. Not a good experience if you are coming to relax.
