Our visits here are always a great experience. The technicians are experienced and the service excellent. Fun atmosphere. Call ahead to book as they are always very busy.
Appointment only now, which is far better than the free for all that would inevitably occur on Saturday mornings in the past. Sometimes it can be challenging to get an appointment, but it’s only because they are the top choice in the area. They do their best to fit in walk ins where they can. Be kind and be flexible, and they will work with you. I get gel mani/pedis here, and they last longer than ones I’ve gotten anywhere else. I love this place! Great atmosphere and friendly staff.
Before COVID they were a lot friendlier. Now they look at me like I'm from another planet when I walk in. The website says they take walk-ins but when I walked in no one even greeted me. The cordless phone was on the charger because when I called ahead to see if I could schedule an appointment I got no answer . Their response " We take walk inside if we can" and also " Sometimes we can't get to the phone" it's cordless🤷🏾♀️ .1 star if that poor customer service
