I have been a client of this nail salon for nearly 16 years; it has undergone 3 different ownerships during that time. I find Helen and her employees to be very friendly and helpful, and they always go above and beyond to please their clients. Please don't judge a business on one visit; individual employees, who may no longer be there, can affect your experience. I was VERY pleased with my visit to Nail Trix. I went in to get my nails and toes done for prom and the man who took care of me while I was there made me feel simply pampered! He was very kind and carried on a great conversation throughout my visit! My nails look awesome & I will definitely be back soon! Highly recommend this salon! The price is totally worth it! Never forget to spoil yourself sometimes!
I would not recommend anyone to go to this salon, my toe nails were supposed to be french manicure and the tips were waaay too thick, yuck they cover half my toe nails. My acrylic fingernails were a little bubbly and sharp/uneven. The nails are too big for my fingers! Then at the end I was charged for gel nails when they did acrylic with a uv topcoat, never again, what a rip off!
I recommend to never EVER visit Nail Trix in the Auburn Mall. I was treated SO incredibly rudely tonight. I asked my nail stylist to correct one black speck and he wipes the polish off, then realizes it's under the gel. He lets out this HUGE sigh, literally YANKS on my hand to see it closer, and then goes through the process of correcting it, after snapping at me: "Next time you're in here, you have her do your nails, okay??"....I was shocked!! Not personable, quick working, and not too concerned with appearance of my nails or how sharp they left them. I would go back once more to see if it were a fluke. If not, I would go elsewhere.
