Rude employees at the desk and the chair. A dog walking around growling and barking.
They have one price online but when you get there you find out they charge a higher price for their services so expect to pay 5-10 dollars more than what you see online. They will not honor their website prices. The girl that did my pedicure and manicure was very painful. Honestly I’ve gone to better places. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
As a customer for the first time I decided to have my nails done because I am going away for my 60th born day I made an appointment over the phone and scheduled a time for 1 pm got there around 5 minutes after one I was encountering with some hostile reception by one of the lady she seemed very abrasive and rude about why are you here do you have an appt I don’t have you in for one o clock etc I finally told her that I would wait since you’re busy and she replied and said that is what you should do and I played cool Absolute... read more
Drove 2 hours to do my nails . Arrived 45 minutes before close. One lady said no she's going home! The other lady said I'll do. I asked her not to buff my nail down I said it twice because one nail is thin already.. she declined me service and said you don't trust me. I don't know who you are. Come back another time , it's not about the 2 hours you drove!
