I just called to get my nails done at this salon & was told that they don't do acrylic nails, even though it's one of the services on their website??

Absolutely would NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!! First off I don’t get my nails done but my grandmother does. She has gone here a bunch of times before. She called Friday to see when the next appoinment was and a man answered and said, “No one wants to talk to you hang up.” Like what the heck. I’ve been a few times to take her and there hasn’t EVER been a problem. I didn't actually receive any services, but I had an appt at 2:00. Sophia called me at 1:55; didn't identify herself or the salon. Just said, "You got 2:00 appointment?" Even though I was turning into the parking lot (again, 5 mins before appt), it took me a minute to figure out who she was and from where. Then she asked if I could come later (again, I was already in the parking lot). I recalculated my day and my next appt, after I had already rearranged my day to get there at 2.
