Received a wonderful mani/pedi today at Nail Trix. The Staff was friendly, professional and Tracy did an incredible job. The fresh, clean look and improved salon upgrades are impressive. I have found my permanent nail tech. Very pleased.
First, the good news, the man who did my mani/pedi was pleasant and did a decent job. Now for the bad news... the place was filthy for starters. There was dirt caked in several places on each station The plexiglas barriers were spotted, dusty, and stained. I can't imagine when the last time was they were cleaned or even wiped down. The man who did my mani/pedi had dirt embedded under HIS fingernails and had a bandaid on the middle finger of each hand. There was visible redness and irritation below the bandaids.
