If I could give no stars I would. I have never had such an awful nail experience in my life. Stay away from this salon. They are crooks. First they talked me into upgrading the pedicure to a spa pedicure and then talked me into powder polish. I should have asked about the cost up front so that when the total came to $88 I would not have been in shock. But that's not the worst part. Although I loved my manicurist and the vast variety of gel colors available at this salon, I recently discovered that they were apparently scamming me. I asked for gel manicures, and according to a number of other nail technicians (after going to many other nail salons out of necessity because I travel a lot), this salon was giving me ACRYLIC manicures with gel polish on top. Uh. Yes sweetheart they do black people's nails. This isn't about race so drop the card. We love this place. They don't care what color you are.

The customer service is ok but they didn't seem to like to do Black people's nails. My guy rushed thru my pedicure. He didn't do a good job on my nails and he charged me 72.00!! He was nice but I didn't come there for a smile, I came to get stunning nails. I was so disappointed, the acrylic is so thick and clumpy, there's white stuff all along the cuticle. I love this place and have recommended it to quite a few people who now continue to go there. They are very friendly and courteous. Some are hard to understand but I never have a problem asking them to repeat what they're saying.

I was told that this place was pretty good, so I figured I would give it s try. I was NOT PLEASED at all. The person who did my nails was very rood, I wasnt sure where something was and I asked for it to be repeated and the person got all disrespectful Their was no reason to become disrespectful I asked for one solid color for my nails and I was told that it would not look right, so I let them do tips instead but the person who did my nails put a silver stripe on my nails but some nails have only have half a line some it loo... read more

I first tried this salon in March 2013 when I got a gift certificate for my birthday and used it for a pedicure. First, they didn't have a very extensive selection of polishes to choose from. The water in the tub was barely warm and the whole process was very rushed. The guy barely scrubbed my feet with the pumice, and didn't use a razor to shave my callouses like I've had at other salons and LOVED. Do not go there! They are rude, don't do a thorough job, and talk about you in their own language (it's VERY OBVIOUS when they talk about you), and there are A lot of men working there that look very disheveled and bummy. They are not nice or cordial at all. Not many polish colors to choose from either. did a very quick lazy job on my pedicure, so not worth the money! Do yourself a favor and try somewhere else. I will never ever return there again!
