Went in for gel mani/pedi. Pedi was okay, but then got handed off to someone else for my mani. TERRIBLE job. Lumpy, bumpy and thick polish job. Polish left all over my cuticles that weren’t trimmed properly. Complained only for them to tell me they were too busy to fix them and to come back later. Well, not an option as I was leaving for vacation. Now, I’ll have to take time away from vaca to get my nails done while there. Unacceptable. Waste of time and money. Will never go back nor recommend. Do better.
Prices are never the same, constant wait time even if you have an appointment, problems with them going from person to person doing 4-5 minutes worth of work then back and forth, very unsanitary, lack of communication. Sure the designs are great, but customer service is trash. They also let minors drink and don’t limit their drinks when they’re driving home.
The only place I go, they are the absolute BEST place in town. They always do an exceptional job on my fingernails and toenails and not to mention they are very friendly too!
