I walked in to get a nail fix. I was immediately dismissed by the lady saying no one has time. Usually people will offer a different time, but not her. I’d never spend money at this establishment with that unfriendly personality. Go to TRENDY NAILS in South Elgin!!

This was genuinely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I sat down, I felt judged. They shamed me for choosing regular polish instead of gel, as if my preference was somehow a problem. The way they spoke to me was dismissive and belittling, and it completely ruined the experience.
