My nails developed FUNGUS after a week. They blamed me because i did not get a full set ( i had 3 refills with them after the original set) because according to them the powder was old. They did not care that i was upset, did not offered any gratification, did not offered to take them out to check and insisted that i had to pay for the service. I left with my nails untouched. I have been going to this salon 3 times a month for the past 1 1/2 years. I have nail refills every other week and a pedicure every month. I work around the corner and come on my lunch hour so I always make an appointment. Because of work I have been occasionally late but never later than 5 to 10 minutes. I had an appointment on Friday for a pedicure at 1:30. I was tied up on the phones at work and showed up at 1:35. I was told they took someone else because I was late. My husband and I have gone here for years. Our nail techs do the best job on our toes and nails! I always get compliments. Nice leather chairs and care is always taken to sanitize every item used. I would recommend this place over any other place I have been to.
This is the scariest place that I've ever been for a pedicure. I needed one badly and went here. I was sat in a comfortable chair with cold water to put my feet in. There wasn't anywhere to put your purse (or drink) except the floor. The man started my pedicure. He walked over to a separate area to get a nail grinding tool. He used it on my left foot, before the woman to his left grabbed the same tool he just used on me for the woman she was giving a pedicure to. This woman had severe, very obvious nail fungus.
