Friendly staff , they do a wonderful job
Attempt #1: perfect. No notes. Loved my acrylic full set and it lasted 5 weeks without lifting before a fill was needed. Attempt #2: vibes are off, every nail gets overfiled around the cuticle (red ring of suffering iykyk), my concerns are dismissed, my sidewalls are filed into my nail bed but okay maybe an off day. It's only 2 weeks before lifting begins. Attempt #3: vibes are off again but somehow worse this time. There's no pillow to rest my arms on and the desk is digging into me. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. To preface, I’d been going to this salon for many years when I lived in Annapolis, and even though I’ve now lived in NYC for 6 years, I still stop by when I’m back visiting family and friends. This visit was the worst experience I’ve had at ANY nail salon anywhere in the world. I came in for a regular gel pedicure. Very happy with my gel manicure - the best I’ve had in a very long time. Same with pedicure. Finally I found a nail salon that I’m excited to return to!
The nail techs are very kind, personable, welcoming, and helpful. This is a professional nail salon. Quality service. Smooth experience start to finish. I love inviting friends to get their nails done with me here. Pretty environment aesthetic too.
