Hannah does an amazing job, and she makes you feel so relaxed. As always the staff is amazing and makes me feel like family.
It’s disappointing to say, but I won’t be returning. This is the second or third time I’ve had to deal with them not having my spot available despite a booking. I had to wait, and even then, they only did one service when I booked two. It’s unprofessional and frustrating. It’s a shame, because it’s convenient for me, but I can’t keep coming back to this lack of respect for clients’ time. If you can’t manage bookings properly, don’t offer them.
