Went to Nail Tel for the first time a week ago as a walk in for a manicure and pedicure. I normally have a very very hard time keeping my manicures to last without it chipping, cracking, or spotting large air bubbles. I’ve had barely any chipping or any cracking on mail of my nails. Safe to say I’ll be returning.
Do NOT get your nails dome by the male technician. He drilled a sizable divot into multiple of my nails and had to redo my nails multiple times because he kept applying them crooked.
When walking into the establishment, the oriental lady with short hair and glasses was rude and unfriendly. She doesn’t smile, always looks like she is upset about something. Doesn’t have a welcoming personality, they’re better places to go to.
This was my first time at Nail Tek, I’m new to the area and was trying to find somewhere close to get my nails done. The salon is very nice and clean which I always appreciate, they have tons of stations and seem to always be busy so I had high hopes. I booked a fill with gel (no chip) polish - My appointment was extremely rushed through, the girl was friendly but seemed like she was in a hurry. I went and got a gel manicure, and within a week and a half 3 nails chipped and two nails started lifting. My gel manicures usually last three weeks. This was my first time there because I heard great things and saw reviews but very disappointed.
