As a licensed cosmetologist myself a consultation should always come before service. There was none here. I was charged $55 for pedicure. When it should have been $45. So that was an extra $10 plus they charged me $5 extra to arch my eyebrows. I pointed and explained only my upper lip and chin is all I wanted waxed. I to keep my eyebrows just like God made them. Do not come here was here for 4 hours and the only thing I got was a pedicure in which I had to wait well over an hour for and a full set that I didn’t like because the nails were uneven and not like the picture I showed them and still had to pay $100.
I’ve never had a problem here. I’ve been several times. Sometimes there is a wait, but that’s to be expected as a walk in when it’s busy so it doesn’t bother me one bit.
