Had mani-pedí done by Maria who did a nice job. I asked for waxing of facial hair which done by another female employee. I told her the wax was too hot & she disagreed. Bottom line my face was sunburn red when I left. The owner offered to return what I had paid and stated it was just red. The employee apologized for not listening to me. The next day I was still in pain had facial burn and had to go to the doctor who prescribed a cream.
This place is great, everyone there works great!
