I got a full set done here on Friday, fast forward 4 days to Tuesday, one nail completely peeled off on its own, another nail about 80% peeled off and causing pain on my nail, and all other nails already lifting at the base. So, today I come in and I ask for either a partial refund, or a new set completely. They refuse to refund me, and tell me I can’t get a new set because the nail artist that originally helped me isn’t in today. That’s not my fault! This is the best place I have found since we moved to Arizona. They have friendly staff who do great work. I had three different people doing myself and my two daughters. All were amazing. And the prices were totally reasonable. I highly recommend this place.
