I guess Rosy is too good to do feet! I stumbled across this place about a month ago. I went in for a pedicure and didn’t have a specific person in mind so I just took the first that was available. I didn’t particularly like the pedicure service I received, but paid and tipped anyway. I decided to give it another chance and walked in on another occasion.
