Is it possible to give a review of 0 stars if so then this establishment certainly deserves it. I have have been coming here for a while now. December 24, 2010 I decided to come in to have a nail fixed. The nail technician, Vivian, glued the nail on crooked. I showed her that the nail was not only leaning to the left but it was considerably shorter than the other nail. This place is HORRIBLE - they weren't paying attention during my pedicure, and literally ripped the skin right off my foot. Beware!
Unsanitized tools, bad service and very little training! This place is a mess and the nail technician I went to (all I needed was a gel fill) wasn't even looking when she was filing and buffing - too occupied with the phone and the television. She sliced into my pinky's skin with a NAIL FILE! When I told her what she did and asked her to put alcohol or something on it, she said I could wash it off later. It was bleeding!
