Customer service is awful!!! We are new to the area and have been trying to find a nail salon closer to home. Got there at 8 this morning and sat down. The tech asked me what I needed done today and before I could open my mouth she asks if I have an appointment. I explain that I didn’t and wasn’t aware I needed one as there is no indication that an appointment is needed to be seen.
