I walked in for a pedicure. Their advertisement says accepts walk-ins. But of course no one was waiting. She said sorry we are booked. Very poor customer service.

Because of so many excellent reviews here, I decided to try this place. I called for an appointment but no one picked up, so since I was driving nearby, I decided to stop over and see if they had any availability. I parked, rode over in my power wheelchair with my service dog, opened the door, and asked if they had any availability that day. Both the owner and his female colleague shook their heads vigorously, and said they were all booked up for the day, sorry no openings. Bobbie and his staff are very efficient. Their attention to detail is top notch. I absolutely love getting my nails done! Thank you - highly recommend Nail Tech!
