I had a very bad experience at Nail Sunny Glendale. I had an appointment booked with one specific technician, but a different technician ended up doing the service. I came in only for gel removal and a classic manicure without polish. Unfortunately, the gel was removed very aggressively. My nails became extremely thin like a paper. DO NOT GO HERE. I booked a manicure and pedicure online for $120, which was clearly advertised at the time of booking. During my appointment, I was told I could choose only ONE nail polish color because the manager had taken all the others. No notice, no explanation, and no option to reschedule or adjust the service. When it was time to pay, I was given a Post-it note instead of an invoice showing $75 + $85 = $160. Horrible!!! DO NOT GO!!! Tina had a sour attitude and the pedicure was even worse. Under 20 min, so rushed. I was there with 2 other people. She started on me last and ended 1st. The message was the worst I have ever had. I could hardly walk after she was done. She broke skin and blood vessels on the bottom of one of my feet. When I told her it hurt she said, oh, tickles. I said No, hurts. She ignored me but stopped.
