Beautiful new salon. I go for pedicures and they do a great job. Edit: I went in for acrylics and it was not good. The first time they were ok but when I went back, it was a disaster. I wanted ombré and showed a picture, the tech started with a dark color and then told me that what I wanted wouldn’t work because she did the dark first?! I ended up with plain purple nails and a few were bumpy. I had to go somewhere else to have them smoothed.
Nail tech Tammy is awesome , I don't give it a 1 star because of her. It's the young girl that is the receptionist if you could call her that. She is horrible at her job. They need to get someone that has customer service background. She needs to learn to communicate with the techs and customers. I had an apt on Wednesday December 24th at 3 pm she tries to tell me, and another customer that she called us but she didn't no missed calls for one how could she get our phone numbers if they had a blackout? i try to give the benefit of the doubt to these chop shop nail salons but the MEN that do nails here are so ROUGH!!! and i ALWAYS end up with cuts on all my cuticle areas that take over a week to heal! they take a long time to heal because they're deep cuts!! it's so painful. i always tip and regret it. i come here out of walk in convenience but i seriously cannot take it anymore. i don't go to the nail salon to get cut on. i specifically ASKED for a soak off and the man said he would do it. he looks at ny 4 week old gel x a... read more
