My friends and I visited this nail place on a somewhat normal basis (when my cousin is in town from Boston, MA). It was always a special "treat" for us to get together and go. We loved the environment and that the employees weren't extensively speaking in foreign (to us) tongue while performing our pedis. We were VERY VERY dissappointed on our last visit. Run!!! The other way! Employees are rude and arrogant. They make fun of people when they leave the business. I chipped my polish and the technician (?) acted like I had interrupted his meditation and he could not fix it until he had completed a pedicure. Other customers rolled their eyes at his demeaner. He did not fix it because I left! Another woman heard it all and decided to leave also. My friend, who was also having a full set, was appalled at her technician's crass behavior toward customers.
