This nail tech need to understand that when paying for service his service, if a customer choose to sit in silence it’s their prerogative. This nail tech needs to understand going viral for being a racist is not cool. This nail tech is an emotional wreck. This nail technician is not professional. Not only he apologized for his behavior in the same breath he talked about his feelings being hurt because the customer was silent.
Disappointing and unprofessional. Clients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, not used as the subject of offensive or humiliating social media content. What was posted was completely inappropriate and unacceptable.
One of the workers have submitted videos with some questionable offensive data within them. I’m sick and appalled all at once. This shall not prevail after I was serviced here. When I came it the extremely hot, the man who serviced me had very bad breath when he’d remove his mask. It smelled of cannabis and alcohol. Now this is serious to me because dealing with sharp nail instruments is dangerous enough then to mix drug substances into the mix is a whole another level of dangerous
I came to this salon for a full set a few weeks back and Jeff did my nails and he made feel so uncomfortable. I wasn’t going to speak up about it, but I came across a video about him and his rude post talking about another black woman and calling her broke n his video, I then was able to find his TikTok where he gave a sorry apology video that meant nothing because it was followed with “ his side of what happened “ Based off my experience and her store I’m sure there are more people that he’s been rude to.
