I got my nails done February 5, 2026 at almost 8 PM. On February 6, 2026 at 7:30 AM four of my nails were coming off. One of my nails were completely off. I spoke with The Owner “Kim” and she told me to come in after work. Yet not after insinuating that I did something wrong to my nails. When I got there, she refused to fix them and started to play victim. As if I had done something wrong. Dirty shop don’t go there
Been going to Kim over 25 years. She’s fast and does a great job
I would give no stars if I could. I got a fungus in my nail dealing with these people. The one lady always wants to rush and move fast on certain individuals. The prices are ridiculous and customers service just as bad! The main nail tech has a major attitude and forgot how to lay acrylic because she’s so busy trying to promote some other product I didn’t want. $50 for a fill-in on short nails and my nails don’t looked filled at all!
