I waited an hour for the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten in my life. It was well worth the wait. Everyone in the salon is so kind. Kim was nice and charged my phone for me. Zay did my toes. She is amazing. She really cares about her craft. She pay attention to every detail and finishes the job with perfection. My toes match my press ons beautifully . I don’t live here but I’ll definitely come back to Nail Studio when I’m visiting Cleveland.
needs to work on better customer service skills, it’s very unprofessional. It’s polite to greet customers when they walk in not just stare. My pedicure was cute though and i was in and out
I got my nails done February 5, 2026 at almost 8 PM. On February 6, 2026 at 7:30 AM four of my nails were coming off. One of my nails were completely off. I spoke with The Owner “Kim” and she told me to come in after work. Yet not after insinuating that I did something wrong to my nails. When I got there, she refused to fix them and started to play victim. As if I had done something wrong.
