I went here the Saturday before Christmas while I was in-town visiting. They were able to get me and my husband in right away, however, the experience turned bad really quickly. I asked for a regular pedicure and no chip manicure; my husband wanted a no chip pedicure. We were rushed to the pedicure chairs; I wasn't given the opportunity to chose a polish color - the woman who greeted was preoccupied trying to upsell my husband into getting a manicure as well.
