Update, 2026: I went back because I had gotten a gift certificate from a family member. I got a less that decent pedicure and horrible dip powder manicure. The technician tried multiple times to convince me to get no chip, and now I think it's because she knew how awful she is at dip. My nails were lumpy and bulging, they looked absolutely awful. I paid extra for Gel-X cat-eye nails, and the final result looked nothing like the quality I’ve received in the past. The cat-eye effect is barely visible, the application is uneven, and overall the manicure looks rushed and poorly done—especially considering the premium price. I brought my concerns to the owner before I left, hoping they would make it right, but instead I was brushed off and treated rudely. Me and my sister in law went in for pedicures. The staff was rushing us and took maybe 5 minutes on our pedicures and rushed us out and it was not busy at all in there. When you are spending 40-60 dollars on a service i think it’s fair to want more than just a polish change which was pretty much what was done. I will not be returning which is a shame because we both live in the area!
