One of the most professional and updated nail salons that I've been to in the Lansing area. I would recommend it for anyone. The whole staff is friendly and awesome!
I would recommend this place to everyone! I went to Nail Studio after another nail salon messed up my nails. I told them what happened and they fixed the problem right away. I was greeted with friendliness and felt welcomed. They remembered my name through out the whole process and kept making sure that they were doing what I wanted. It was nice to hear one of the technicians saying, “we want what YOU want, not what we want.” I can’t speak more highly of this business and will definitely be going back.
I would give a zero if possible. I had a very awkward, uncomfortable experience for spending a lot of money here. My original nail tech did a terrible job so a gentleman came out to continue the job, they must have been dating because right in front of me they were biting each other and basically face to face while he was doing my nails, they did this the entire time they kept swapping seats working on my nails. She kept throwing brushes on the table and whispering in his ear….Absolutely weirdddddd and I’ll never go back 😂�... read more
Nail studio fit me in with less than a 24 hour notice after my wedding nails got botched. It wasn’t their mess to fix but they so graciously got me and gave me my dream wedding nails. Thank you nail studio 💗
