I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in to remove my acrylics and get a manicure. After my acrylics were removed, I decided I just wanted to let them be and grow out but the manager said I would be charged for a manicure despite me not receiving one.. I said okay if you’re going to charge me for a manicure I will just get a color. My nail tech did nothing to my cuticles and the paint looked so bad. Hannah at Nails Plus LS is amazing. Super nice, detailed oriented & gel mani lasts longer than anyone else. Please is clean and staff is accommodating & courteous.
Nail Story Chap One is my go-to and only place for my manicures and pedicures. I wouldn’t consider going to any other nail salon for many reasons. First, the salon is always clean and neat which is so important in a salon. The new owner Amy, and her staff, treat me as if I’ve been coming to their salon for years, and I am always greeted warmly. I have been a customer at Nail Story since about 25 years before Amy became the new owner. She is sweet, professional and accommodating. She even did a free gel polish change for me when I wasn't completely happy with the color she recommended. I have used several of the manicurists all giving great service and lovely work.
I recently had a VERY UNPLEASANT experience at Nail Story Chap One. Previously, I had many positive experiences at Nail Plus in Little Silver—until it was taken over by the new employer. First of all, the Nails Plus manicurist who did my nails for a couple of years shared with me that the new owner was extremely difficult to work for.
