Took my daughter to them Sunday. Let me tell you when I say the lady was rude ( I’m being nice about it). My daughter told her 6 times that she wanted the White tip and no color. The lady kept telling her to pick her color and my daughter would tell her that she didn’t want color. Really pitiful and just all around sorry customer service and whoever the guy is answering the phone needs to be fired. If he's the owner please boycott that business! I'd really like to see that place closed down bc of the disrespect that they give.

Called to ask if it was wheelchair accessible and was told very rudely to come see for myself. No thank you.

Worst manicure I have ever had. Nails not cut straight across. Acrylic all over my fingers. Acrylic not meeting nail bed so there is big gaps. The elderly mad was not friendly. He kept hitting my fingers with the file when if I tensed up and if I said sorry he kept saying oh sorry always sorry. Would not recommend.

My nails were horrible. They were uneven, not the same shape, not the color I asked for and the guy that did them was so harsh with my hands. 0/10
